How quickly does ChartGuru respond to contact requests?
We respond to most messages within 1–2 business days. Billing and account-access issues are prioritized when they block your use of the platform. Security reports are acknowledged promptly and triaged according to severity.
Is ChartGuru investment advice?
No. ChartGuru is an analysis-only market research platform. We do not execute trades, hold custody, or provide personalized investment advice. Every output is decision support—you verify setups and manage risk on your own broker.
Should I email support or use the contact form?
Either works. Email support@chartguru.io for quick questions, or use the form below when you want to categorize your request (billing, technical support, partnership, press, or security). Both routes reach the same team.
How do I reach billing vs technical support?
Select Billing / Payments for subscription, invoice, or refund questions. Select Technical support / bug for app errors, missing data, or feature issues. Include your account email in both cases so we can locate your account quickly.

How do I report a security issue?
